Measurement Instructions

• Chest: Take your favorite comparable sports shirt, lay it VERY flat on a table (no wrinkles!). Measure the chest width under the armpits and multiply x2 for circumference. Compare to the chart below to find the best fit.

• Waist: Measure around the narrowest point with a loose tape, keeping the tape horizontal.

• Height: Measure from the crown to the floor, standing against a wall. No shoes.

General Recommendations

If you are usually a size medium a size medium GAIA will generally fit you. If your body measurement is between two sizes, go to the lower size for a tighter fit or the higher size for a looser fit.

Jersey Fits (Club vs. Race)

Kazoom jerseys are based on a club fit. Cycling garments typically have an athletic/form fit to prevent material from flapping in the wind and to ensure that technical fibres are close to the skin so that moisture can wick to the outer layer and then evaporate. Our jerseys fit close to the body but are not skin-tight like many race fit jerseys are.

If you prefer a tight "race fit", please refer to the guide below and consider ordering one size smaller (especially if you are on the small end of the ranges). It is possible to custom make XS mens or XXS women's for smaller individuals who want a race fit.

Yes, we offer sizing samples for short sleeve jerseys and shorts. Each sample costs around $50 plus $9.95 shipping for up to two samples. Additional samples cost $2.00 each for shipping. Samples are fully refundable if returned in new condition, but shipping costs are non-refundable. Refer to our fit guide for accurate sizing.

FLYweight

One of the lightest, best wicking, most breathable, almost indestructible and therefore the most highly coveted performance fabrics.

FLYweight fabric does not pull or pill or lose its color. If you are looking for an ultra thin and breathable fabric for hot summer rides, this is your fabric. FLYweight feels soft while maintaining all of the other performance benefits. The subtle waffle texture gives this fabric a interesting & technical look.

SILKtouch

Very light and breathable, combining performance with a nice silky smooth finish. This very durable fabric does not pull, pill or lose its color. We recommend this fabric for sublimation due to its smooth texture to optimize the clarity of your sublimated art and design.

As with all Kazoom fabrics, SILKtouch has been engineered to be durable and it will not pull, pill or lose its colour.

PROstretch

PROstretch is a ideally suited for form-fit long sleeve shirts. The incorporation of 8% Spandex (or Lycra) provides multi-directional stretch that increases range of motion and provides a free feeling that cannot be matched by fabrics without Spandex. It has a similar feel and thickness to our SILKtouch fabric with a little extra weight resulting from the addition of integrated the Spandex yarns.

As with all Kazoom fabrics, PROstretch has been engineered to be durable and it will not pull, pill or lose its colour. It has a double brushed finish that makes for an extremely soft touch and is finished with subtle shine.

POWERstretch

POWERstretch is a thin performance fabric that is ideally suited for bib shorts. The incorporation of 20% Spandex provides multi-directional stretch that increases range of motion and provides a free feeling that cannot be matched by fabrics without Spandex. Our Kazoom POWERstretch has a subtle shiny finish.

Recommended for:

- Bib and non-Bib Cycling Shorts

- Compression pieces and tights

FLOstretch

A medium thickness, multi-directional performance stretch fabric with a soft hand, a subtle shine and excellent durability. It is recommended for our 1/4 or full zip warm up tops. FLOStretch fabric does not pull or pill or lose its color.

Recommended for:

- Outerwear pieces and zip up jackets

Our 3/4 Sleeve is our most popular item for its perfect balance of protection and breathability, making it ideal for trail and enduro riding. Our fabrics are so light that this 3/4 sleeve will be your go-to piece even on the hottest summer days.

The short sleeve or long sleeve jerseys are great alternatives depending on the time of year.

The full zip short sleeve is the top choice for gravel riding and XC riding and racing.

Yes, all of our bib shorts and cycling shorts come with high-quality, comfortable chamois padding, making them perfect for everything from short training rides to Gran Fondos.

Yes, we offer significant price breaks at 12, 24, 36, and 48+ pieces per style. The more you order, the lower the price per unit. Additionally, orders with 18+ pieces qualify for free FedEx shipping.

We can provide a physical sample of a previous project so you can see the fabric and print quality.

For sizing, we recommend carefully reviewing our Fit Guide as it is even more accurate than trying on fit samples.

The minimum order of 6 pieces applies to each style individually. However, all items in your order can be combined to qualify for FREE FEDEX shipping (18+ total pieces).

Once we confirm your final custom order details (artwork, styles, order quantities and shipping details) and upon receipt of full payment we will send your order in to production immediately.

Please be aware that after we submit your order to production you cannot alter your order in any way, or cancel your order. Consequently, please consider ordering extra apparel pieces to ensure that you can adequately meet the needs of your group.

Your custom order will ship within 4 weeks of confirming your final order details and upon receipt of full payment, plus 5 business days with FEDEX*. If you have a firm deadline we highly recommend to start the ordering/design process at least two months prior to your deadline.​

The design phase can take a few days to a week, depending on complexity and revisions. After you approve the final design, we place the order to production.

Our standard production lead time is 4 weeks plus 1 week for shipping. We also offer 3 and 2-week rush production options for an extra $3 or $6 per item.

We ship on time 99% of the time, but global shipping is complicated and there could be delays. FEDEX does not offer guaranteed delivery on parcel items. Therefore, it is critical that you allow enough buffer time and order asap to ensure that you have your items when you need them.

To keep your Kazoom apparel in top condition, wash it inside out in cold water with similar colors and hang it to dry.

This helps preserve the technical features, color, and print clarity.

Remove garments from the washing machine promptly to prevent odor-causing bacteria.

The following Return Policy only applies to online in stock purchases made through KazoomCycling.com. All event purchases, pre-orders & custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please refer to our FAQ's for more details on custom orders and warranty.

FINAL SALES: All sales marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

All other items, to be eligible for an exchange or refund the merchandise must be returned unworn and must be accompanied by a KazoomCycling return form. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

At Kazoom we make 100% customized gear to your specification therefore we do not provide returns or exchanges.

However if a problem, omission or miss-communication happens please contact us at customerservice@KazoomCycling.com to discuss. Most problems that occur during custom production are minor in nature, meaning that they do not impact the overall appearance or function of the garment. In most cases, we will request your understanding and offer you a coupon or retroactive discount that more than compensates you for the error. However, If the problem is significant we may offer a discount or remake of your order.​

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will take all reasonable actions to provide solutions that are equal to or exceed the value of any problem that may have occurred.

We appreciate your patience and understanding that short run, customer direct manufacturing is a complicated process and on occasion results may not exactly equal the customers visualization of the end product. We do however guarantee quality and reasonable customer satisfaction.
