Every jersey is made-to-order with full-body dye sublimation printing. That means every colour, graphic, and logo is printed directly into the fabric, no cracking, peeling, or fading after a season of washes.

Every Kazoom jersey is made on our proprietary FLOtech fabric line. These aren't generic sublimation blanks — they're performance fabrics we've selected and refined for the specific demands of cycling.

Do you ship custom cycling jerseys across Canada? Yes. We ship FedEx direct to customers and clubs anywhere in Canada. Standard transit from production is 4–6 business days. Free shipping applies to all orders of 18 or more pieces. Rush production is available when you need delivery faster.

What's the minimum order for a cycling club kit? Our standard program requires a minimum of 12 units per style. Our Club and Team Program — which includes a free online team shop for your members to order their own sizes — requires a minimum of 50 total pieces to activate. How long does a custom jersey order take in Canada? Standard production is 4 weeks from confirmed order approval, plus 4–6 business days FedEx transit to your door in Canada. You can also download Adobe Illustrator sublimation templates for all products, or send us your existing files. Every order also includes 2 hours of free design assistance from our team.

What fabrics are Kazoom jerseys made from? All Kazoom jerseys are made on our proprietary FLOtech fabric line — performance fabrics we've selected specifically for cycling. Options range from the ultralight FLYweight (115 g/m²) and PROmesh (105 g/m²) for summer riding to the PROstretch four-way-stretch fabric and THERMAsoft brushed lining for shoulder-season conditions.
