Prices and Ordering
What is the minimum order?
Orders start at 6 pieces per style. Listed prices apply at 12 or more units per style.
How much does custom cycling apparel cost?
At 12 or more units per style, prices start at $44 for the Racerback MTB Tank and $48 for the Short Sleeve MTB Jersey. The Full Zip 3-Pocket Road Jersey is $72 and Bib Cycling Shorts are $90. All colours, graphics and logos are included. Player names or numbers are $3 per item.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 4 weeks, plus 4 to 6 business days FedEx transit. Rush production ships in as little as 2 weeks, plus about 1 week FedEx transit.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of 18 or more pieces. We ship to Canada, the United States and overseas.
What is the best way to get a quote?
Fill out the contact form or email sales@kazoomcycling.com with the products you want and your estimated quantities. We reply within 1 business day.
Design Questions
Is design help really free?
Yes. Every order includes 2 hours of free graphics help. Learn more.
Can I see my design before I order?
Yes. Use our 3D Design Lab to preview your design on a jersey, or send your artwork and we will help.
Do you offer design templates?
Yes. Downloadable Adobe Illustrator templates in PDF format are available for our products. Learn more.
Fit Questions
Do you make men's and women's fits?
Yes. Every style is available in a men's and a women's fit. See our fit guide for sizing.
Fabric Questions
What fabrics do you use?
All Kazoom apparel is made on our FLOtech performance fabric line. There are 10 fabrics, from the 105 g/m2 PROmesh to the 420 g/m2 XCELL Weatherstopper softshell. Learn more.
Club Questions
Can my club sell gear to its members?
Yes. We host a free online club shop for your club. The minimum is 50 total pieces. Learn more.
Can orders ship directly to club members?
Yes. Direct shipping to individual members is available for a $20 to $25 per-order surcharge. It adds 2 to 3 weeks. Learn more.
Event Questions
Do you supply cycling events?
Yes. We have supplied official apparel for Yeti Trans Tasmania, TransBC Enduro, TransNZ and the Canadian National Enduro Championships. Contact us for sponsorship options. Learn more.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for bike shops?
Yes. Wholesale pricing has a 6-piece minimum per style, with design support and logo creation included. Email sales@kazoomcycling.com for the price list. Learn more.
