Custom Apparel Timelines
production timeline

Once we confirm your final custom order details (artwork, styles, order quantities and shipping details) and upon receipt of full payment we will send your order in to production immediately.

Please be aware that after we submit your order to production you cannot alter your order in any way, or cancel your order. Consequently, please consider ordering extra apparel pieces to ensure that you can adequately meet the needs of your group.

Your custom order will ship within 4 weeks of confirming your final order details and upon receipt of full payment, plus 5 business days with FEDEX*. If you have a firm deadline we highly recommend to start the ordering/design process at least two months prior to your deadline.​

Need it faster? RUSH production is available:

RUSH:

  • add $3 USD/CDN per item.

  • RUSH ships in < 3 weeks of confirming your final order details and upon receipt of full payment,​ plus 4-6 business days in transit*.

SUPER RUSH:

  • add $6 USD/CDN per item.

  • SUPER RUSH ships in < 2 weeks of confirming your final order details and upon receipt of full payment, plus 4-6 business days in transit*.​

 

* Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times, however our estimate of 4-6 business days for orders is accurate 95%+ of the time.

 

Fit samples

If you are still unsure which size to order we can send you sizing samples for short sleeve jerseys and shorts.

Each sample costs approx $50 depending on the piece, plus $9.95 shipping for up to two samples. Each additional sample over two is $4/item for shipping. All samples are fully refundable if returned and in new condition.

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Please refer to the fit guide question above as it provides an easy time proven method for ensuring that you get the correct size.

Fit Samples

All Kazoom apparel should be washed inside out, in cold water, with like coloured items and then hung to dry. This will preserve the technical features, colour and print clarity and protect your other clothing items from potential running of colours and ink.

 

Garments should be immediately removed from the washing machine as soon as possible after completion of the washing cycle. This will ensure that the shirts don't sit wet for any significant time which could promote bacteria that can cause odor in the shirts that may be difficult to remove.

At Kazoom we make 100% customized gear to your specification therefore we do not provide returns or exchanges.

However if a problem, omission or miss-communication happens please contact us at customerservice@KazoomCycling.com to discuss. Most problems that occur during custom production are minor in nature, meaning that they do not impact the overall appearance or function of the garment. In most cases, we will request your understanding and offer you a coupon or retroactive discount that more than compensates you for the error. However, if the problem is significant we may offer a discount or remake of your order.​

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will take all reasonable actions to provide solutions that are equal to or exceed the value of any problem that may have occurred.

We appreciate your patience and understanding that short run, customer direct manufacturing is a complicated process and on occasion results may not exactly equal the customers visualization of the end product. We do however guarantee quality and reasonable customer satisfaction.

All orders are 100% customized gear made to your specifications. Please be aware that after we submit your order to production you cannot alter your order in any way, or cancel your order. Please refer to our Production Timelines guide for further details.

Retuns on Event Gear
returns & exchanges on event gear

The following Return Policy only applies to online in stock purchases made through KazoomCycling.com. All event purchases, pre-orders & custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please refer to our FAQ's for more details on custom orders and warranty.

 

FINAL SALES: All sales marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. All other items, to be eligible for an exchange or refund the merchandise must be returned unworn and must be accompanied by a KazoomCycling return form. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If your online purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us for a return form and address.
