We offer free design assistance (2 hours per order), low minimums (6+ pieces per style), fast production (4 weeks standard, 2-week rush available), and free FedEx shipping on 18+ pieces — all with full-body dye sublimation printing on our proprietary FLOtech performance fabrics.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Our minimum order is 6 pieces per style. Price breaks are available at 12, 24, 36, and 48+ pieces.

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Standard production is 4 weeks, plus 4–6 days FedEx delivery. Rush (3 weeks) and Super Rush (2 weeks) options are available for an additional fee.

What artwork files do you need?

Accepted Answer

Vector files are preferred — Adobe Illustrator (.ai), .eps, or .pdf. If you only have a JPEG or PNG logo, send it and we will help convert it. Every order includes 2 hours of free design assistance and access to our downloadable sublimation templates and 3D Design Lab.

How do I place an order?

Contact us through the website or email sales@kazoomcycling.com. We will send you an online order form to share with your group to collect sizes and quantities. Once the design is approved, we go into production.

Do you offer fit samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contact sales@kazoomcycling.com to arrange a fit sample before placing your full order. We offer both men's and women's fits across all styles.
